ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

This is our company organizational chart which consist of one top manager, secretary and five department manager. There are seven of us that worked at the top department of our company and we are actually act as partnership company. The seven of us are also considered as partner in this company. However, we have come up with an agreement in which Nur Iman Ashraf will be our top manager as he has a strong leadership attitude. Nadia Husna is our company secretary where she will be helping Iman Ashraf  to manage and organize company schedule  and everything that is related to file and letter documentation.

Every work related to financial and accounting will be taken care by Connie Marite. She has the knowledge in accounting and financial management that will help our company in our financing. Human resource segment will be manage by Fedelia Umpil and she will have the responsibility towards our lower subordinates. All the workers welfare are under her responsibility. 

Nor Loqman will be act as supervisor in which he will be monitoring all the works in the field and monitor how the workers do their work.

In marketing, Norhamizah Ezati and Amirul Ammar will be working together in doing the marketing of our product. Amirul Ammar will be doing the online promotion as he has much experienced on the Information Technology (IT). Both of them will be cooperating with each other in marketing our company product.
