ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

This is our company organizational chart which consist of one top manager, secretary and five department manager. There are seven of us that worked at the top department of our company and we are actually act as partnership company. The seven of us are also considered as partner in this company. However, we have come up with an agreement in which Nur Iman Ashraf will be our top manager as he has a strong leadership attitude. Nadia Husna is our company secretary where she will be helping Iman Ashraf  to manage and organize company schedule  and everything that is related to file and letter documentation.

Every work related to financial and accounting will be taken care by Connie Marite. She has the knowledge in accounting and financial management that will help our company in our financing. Human resource segment will be manage by Fedelia Umpil and she will have the responsibility towards our lower subordinates. All the workers welfare are under her responsibility. 

Nor Loqman will be act as supervisor in which he will be monitoring all the works in the field and monitor how the workers do their work.

In marketing, Norhamizah Ezati and Amirul Ammar will be working together in doing the marketing of our product. Amirul Ammar will be doing the online promotion as he has much experienced on the Information Technology (IT). Both of them will be cooperating with each other in marketing our company product.

Benefits of Fertigation

When choosing a fertilizer program, there are 3 options available to us. The first one is the dry fertilizer that you pick up and spread around your yard.  The second is either a liquid or a dry fertilizer program from one of the fertilizer services.  The third is fertigation. Fertigation has been used for years in the golf and agricultural industries.  Fertigation: ·  pays for itself ·  provides for better plant growth ·  uses less fertilizer ·  can reduce runoff ·  is less labor intensive      When you choose to fertigate with a SarGreen system, you can actually help the environment. You now have complete control over the amount of fertilizer you apply every time you water your yard.   This type of application is called micro-dosing, which is applying very small amounts on a regular basis. By doing this,you only apply what the plant can use.  By using a fast release liquid fertilizer, the water goes into the root zone of the plant where it can be absorbed and used right away. This helps the environment by reducing run off and leaching.  The plants now have a stable environment by not subjecting them to the roller coaster effect of 3-4 time per year fertilizer treatments.This results in a healthier lawn.             Assalamualaikum dan hi bloggers ,

          My name is Norhamizah Ezati a.k.a HaHa and of course I'm the one of Dr. Usahawantani's members that will share an information about our project. we have unite to realize a chilli crop project in University Putra Malaysia Campus Bintulu, Sarawak.

         
       But why chilli ?

          Although chili known as a cliche crop because it easy to handle and short life time of production, we take this advantage to produce a lot of chili by using fertigation method. We've plan to supply the chili to all entrepreneurship from Industri Kecil Sederhana (IKS) that are using chili as a raw material for their product.  
         
          By using fertigation method, we will able to produce very clean and good quality of chili. Yes, we have a lot of competition in Bintulu, but we have promise our customer to provide a better chili to them.

There are a lot benefit of chili by using fertigation method that will be share by our group members later on next post.. Thanks for reading for who are actually reading..😏😏
